Following the purchase of one of our gorgeous beds, you’re probably itching to know when you’ll be receiving it! Delivery to mainland Britain is typically within 2-3 weeks, however, delivery beyond mainland Britain may take longer. Find out more on our delivery and returns page.
Our beds are all delivered un-assembled. Upon delivery, the bed will be fully unpacked for your inspection, and the packaging will be left with you (unless you have purchased our White Glove service).
We do! We are immensely proud of the White Glove service we offer on delivery of our beds. This service comes at a small cost of £45 and involves full assembly of your gorgeous new bed.
This service needs to be booked prior to delivery, and any existing furniture you have within the room of placement needs to be disassembled and/or out of the way prior to delivery of your new furniture!
We hope you are delighted by the pieces you buy, but we know that sometimes you might have a change of heart.
You can return your order to us within 45 days, provided it is in the original condition, with any labels intact, unused, and unwashed.
Please keep all packaging as unfortunately we will not be able to offer a refund if your order is returned without the original packaging (please keep the packaging if you have a White Glove delivery).
The only items excluded are bespoke items, mattresses (for hygiene reasons) and products in our Not Quite Perfect range. This right of cancellation does not apply to trade customers.

Samples can be ordered through our website. All fabric samples are free and wood samples are at a small cost of £4 per piece.
At present, we do not offer a service where we can remove old furniture.

At French Bedroom, we offer a variety of bed frames from single to large emperor. Our bed frames are all created to fit UK sized mattresses, which correlates with the mattresses we sell. Our bed frames do not include mattresses. We do, however, offer a wide selection of luxury mattresses and when purchased with a bed frame, we offer 10% off the price of any mattress.
As an online only company, we do not have a showroom where you can see the product in person. We are proud to take all of our photography in house in natural lighting, which ensures the best representation of our goodies on our website, and our dedicated team are always here to answer any questions you may have about our furniture and soft furnishings. Alongside this, we offer furniture wood and fabric samples to help you pick that perfect match, as well as a page dedicated to showcasing our products in our customers homes on our Styled By You page.
