We offer free delivery on all orders over £1000 to anywhere in mainland Britain.
For orders under £1000 or for deliveries over the Irish Sea, just pop your things into our basket,
add your postcode and our website will tell you exactly what it will cost.

As soon as we receive your order, we will contact you with news on when delivery will be. If you are ordering small items that we have in stock these will be sent by overnight courier, larger items being sent by a 2-man delivery crew within a 2-3 weeks. If you have ordered something that’s been just too popular (or is brand new to our range or a bespoke item) there could occasionally be a waiting time of up to 14-16 weeks. We will always let you know about this when we contact you to confirm your order.
Quality Checks and Flexible Deliveries
Before we deliver, we will quality check your goods to ensure they leave us in perfect condition. We will also check with you to discuss when you would like delivery. Particularly with larger orders, given a little notice, we can often deliver on a day and time that suits you (even at 7am if that’s when you need it!).
Our couriers are lovely
Nobody likes couriers who just drop your things at the door and rush off before you’ve opened your boxes. That’s why, for all our larger items, our drivers will bring your goodies to your room of choice and fully unpack them, so that you can confirm they are in perfect condition before they leave. Please ensure you or a representative will be on hand to check your goodies on delivery. Small items that are sent by overnight courier will be delivered to your front door but will need signing for to ensure they arrive safely with you.
If you have ordered some really heavy items, we’ll send two delivery guys who will do all the lifting for you. If you have bought an armoire, you may be asked to sign a disclaimer before it is brought into your home. This covers our couriers in the highly unlikely event that they cause any damage in your home, but our delivery chaps are really careful, and we have never had any problems here. Unfortunately, if our couriers have to bring an item back to us because it doesn't fit in your home, there is a £55 return charge that we will need to deduct from your refund.
For an additional £40 our couriers will assemble your furniture (this does not include installation of electrical items) and take away all the packaging.
We understand that it is not always easy to choose from the pretty pictures on our website (although you’re always welcome to visit our showroom in West Sussex or request samples from us). So, we offer a no quibble money back guarantee - when your delivery arrives and your items are unpacked, if you are not completely satisfied, simply put them back on the van and we’ll refund you for your goods (all delivery costs are non-refundable).
