Returns Policy

RETURNS

We offer a 7-day money back guarantee provided the item is in its original packaging and in the same condition you received it. The only items excluded from this guarantee are bespoke items and mattresses (which, for hygiene reasons, cannot be returned). Please note that any/all costs incurred through shipping are non-refundable and all return shipping costs are also not refundable. When returning items, you can choose to use our courier or a courier of your choice, providing adequate insurance is given. We will refund you as soon as your products are back with us and confirmed as being in perfect condition.

If you choose to return goods with the same courier who has just delivered them, you can do this at no extra cost. However, if you have ordered a large item, such as an armoire, that needs to be returned to us because it will not fit, there will be a £55 restocking charge for this.

If we need to send a courier back to you to collect your goods, there will be a collection charge of £55 for the first item returned, and £15 for each additional item returned. Collections from Ireland will be charged at £125 for the first item, and £25 for each additional item. Your collection charges will deducted from the total amount refunded once we have received and checked your items. While you are waiting for your collection, please do not use them - just leave the goods packaged so they are ready to hand to our courier.

After the 7-day money back period, products that are unsuitable cannot be returned to us, although in certain situations we can sometimes make exceptions! If we agree that a product can be returned, it must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging. All delivery and return costs will be incurred by you, and we can either offer a full refund for the cost of products minus 10%, or we can offer a credit note for the full value of goods.

This returns policy does not apply to bespoke items or mattresses which cannot be returned to us.

CANCELLATIONS

If an order is cancelled after goods have been handed to our couriers for delivery, we will refund the cost of goods in full but you will be charged the delivery fee plus £30 for the return delivery of the goods to our warehouse. This will be deducted from the amount refunded.

DAMAGES

We check everything thoroughly before despatch and our delivery drivers are really careful. We also ask that you check your goodies on delivery and CONTACT US WHILST THE DELIVERY DRIVER IS WITH YOU IF YOU SPOT ANY BREAKAGES before signing the delivery note that the driver will ask you to sign. This way the item can be returned immediately with the driver, without incurring an additional collection charge.

All products come as standard with a 1-year manufacturer's guarantee, which we will honour in the form of parts and labour.
