"I do a lot of online shopping, it's convenient but usually very impersonal and not much fun... that is until I found French Bedroom. Communication (even their emails are refreshingly lovely .. not run of the mill) and customer service is excellent and their furniture and accessories are beautiful. I was looking for a Chest of Drawers and came across one I liked from French Bedroom but when I looked on their site I saw the Normandy in pale stone which I also liked. Unable to decide between the two I rang their office and had a really friendly and helpful chat with someone (wish I could remember her name) at the other end. I described my room in detail and we came to the conclusion that the Normandy would probably tone in best. Good decision! I've had it a while now - it's been much admired and I love it. I rarely leave reviews but I can't praise this company highly enough. Oh .. have since bought a cushion from them which is beautiful too."

We offer free delivery for orders over £1,500. Orders below this rate are £39.95. This applies to all addresses in mainland Britain (excl. northern Scotland). For all other locations, just add items to your basket, and enter your postcode or country for a quote.
For British mainland deliveries our 2-man crew will deliver to your room of choice, unpack the furniture for your full inspection, and ask you to sign a Proof of Delivery note.
In stock items are delivered within two weeks to almost all areas of mainland Britain.
When ordering multiple items, we will typically make one delivery when all items are in stock (there may be occasions when we deliver goods separately from different warehouses).
Returns
If goods are unwanted we charge a returns fee of £60 from mainland Britain. You simply need to notify us within 45 days of delivery if you would like to make a return.
