1. We offer a seven day money back guarantee provided the item is in its original packaging and in the same condition as the customer received it. Please note any/all costs incurred through shipping are strictly non-refundable. The customer bears all return shipping costs. Customers can use The French Bedroom Company courier or a courier of their choice, providing adequate insurance is given.

2. The seven day money back guarantee commences from the time the customer or the customer's representative receives and signs for the goods. Refunds are not offered after the seven day period expires.

3. All products come as standard with a one year manufacturer guarantee, which The French Bedroom Company will honour in the form of parts and labour. This guarantee does not cover shipping costs. The customer must pay all shipping related costs.

4. Cancellation Fees: 10% charge for all cancellations. This charge comes as a result of The French Bedroom Company re-stocking the goods as well as fees payable by The French Bedroom Company to its bank.

5. If an item is received in a damaged condition the customer must inform the driver and telephone The French Bedroom Company immediately (leaving a voice message if outside office hours). Goods can either be rejected or temporarily accepted. If temporarily accepted then the customer must write the nature of the damage on the delivery docket. A replacement will be provided free of charge. If the customer fails to notify us immediately upon delivery, a replacement and refund will not be offered. If the customer signs for the goods and adds a note that they have not been checked, this is done at the customer's risk - the goods will be deemed to have been accepted in good condition, as it cannot be shown that any damage was caused before delivery of the goods.

6. Where the customer intends to ship goods abroad, it is the customer's responsibility to check that there are no problems with the goods prior to export. The French Bedroom Company cannot be held liable for any shipping costs in the event of problems being identified after purchased goods have left the United Kingdom.

7. By purchasing from The French Bedroom Company the customer indemnifies The French Bedroom Company against any liabilities that may be caused by misuse of products sold by The French Bedroom Company.
