We hope you are delighted by the pieces you buy, but we know that sometimes you might have a change of heart.
You can return your order to us within 45 days, provided it is in the original condition, with any labels intact and unused. Please keep all packaging as unfortunately we will not be able to offer a refund if your order is returned without the original packaging. Furthermore, if you have already wired in your light before deciding to return it, unfortunately we will not be able to offer you a refund, unless there is a manufacturing fault.
Please check the Delivery and Returns section on each product page to see the exact return courier charge payable for that particular product.
If you're using your own choice of courier to return your goods, please do ensure you have adequate insurance.
We cannot make arrangements for returns from addresses outside the UK and Ireland, so you will need to make your own arrangements if you are overseas.
We can only arrange collections Monday-Friday. And we're always a phone call away if you'd like to discuss your items or alternatives - we want you to love your new goodies!
The word ‘sconce’ derives from the old French ‘esconce’, meaning a ‘light that is hidden’. This perfectly encapsulates what a wall sconce is: a form of lighting that is fixed to the wall with a covering to provide ambient lighting.
Unlike pendant lights or chandeliers, a wall sconce focuses its lighting upwards, towards the ceiling, automatically giving you a less concentrated light than your main lighting fixture! For more choice and flexibility, we recommend installing dimmer switches so that you can easily choose the brightness in your room to match your mood (all of our pendant lights and bedroom chandeliers can be used with a dimmer switch).

Once in stock, our lovely lamps are sent by overnight courier to most addresses in mainland Britain. The Highlands, isles and addresses over the Irish Sea take two days. Delivery is made to your door and will need signing for. If you would like delivery on a particular day, please let us know. We can offer delivery of overnight items on a Saturday or Sunday for an extra £9.95 to all addresses in mainland Britain except the Scottish Highlands.
There are a select few chandeliers that are delivered by our two-man courier team due to their size. Lights delivered with them will take 2-3 weeks to be delivered to mainland Britain. Deliveries taking place outside of this threshold within the UK may take slightly longer.
We do not currently offer an installation service on our lighting.
