Delivery
We offer free delivery to addresses in mainland England and Wales for all orders over £1000. For orders under £1000, delivery to mainland addresses in England & Wales is £29.95, and deliveries to Scotland are from £145.
Our 2-man crew will deliver to your room of choice and unpack your item so that you can give it a full inspection before signing the Proof of Delivery note (British mainland only).
When in stock, we deliver within two weeks to mainland addresses in England & Wales, and within three weeks to most addresses in Scotland. Offshore deliveries are not always to your room of choice. We also offer a free click-and-collect service from our Essex warehouse.
Returns
If you would like to return your item, there will be a returns charge of £60 from mainland addresses in England & Wales, or £170 from most Scottish, British Isles or Irish addresses. You have 14 days from the day of delivery to advise us if you would like to make a return.

We can deliver this item internationally. Please email us with your full address details and required products so that we can get a quote for international shipping. As a rough guide it costs £400 to deliver a bed to mainland Europe and £1,000 to America.
