We offer free delivery on all orders over £1,000 to anywhere in mainland Britain.
For orders under £1,000: Small items are delivered by overnight courier from £2.95, and large items are delivered by a two-man team for £29.95. The exact amount for each item will be indicated when you add items to your shopping basket.
For deliveries to our lovely Isles or for international deliveries please get in touch with us at email@example.com.
Wherever you are, we can help arrange safe and prompt delivery.
Small items are sent by overnight courier to most addresses in mainland Britain. The highlands, isles and addresses over the Irish Sea take two days. Delivery is made to your door and will need signing for. If you would like delivery on a particular day, please let us know. We can offer delivery of overnight items on a Saturday or Sunday for a £9.95 surcharge.
Larger items are delivered Monday-Friday by our two-man delivery team to your room of choice and fully unpacked (packaging is left with you). Delivery is typically within 1-2 weeks, with deliveries to Scotland within 3 weeks. Deliveries beyond mainland Britain may take longer and are usually not with a 2-man team, so they will not always be brought upstairs.
Please measure and then measure again! If our couriers have to bring an item back to us because it doesn't fit in your home, we have to charge a £60 return fee.
White Glove Service
If you would like your new furniture assembled (e.g. beds) and the packaging taken away we charge £40 for our White Glove Service. This service must be booked before delivery and does not include fitting of electrical items or attaching items to the wall. Just make sure any existing furniture you have is disassembled and out of the way before your delivery arrives.
Some of our French armoires can be dismantled. If you need to get a bulky armoire up stairs and need this service, we charge an extra £60 for our disassembly and reassembly service. Our description of your armoire will indicate if this service is available, as not all of our French armoires can be taken apart.
We want you to be delighted with the items you buy. Therefore, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason. The item/s must be in their original packaging (please ensure you keep the packaging if you have a White Glove delivery) and in the same condition you received them. The only items excluded from our guarantee are bespoke items and mattresses (for hygiene reasons). This right of cancellation does not apply to business customers.
If items are returned with our couriers or we have return to collect items from you we charge £60 for large items (GB mainland), and £18.95 for small items received to you by overnight courier.
Collection charges are higher than our delivery charges because we heavily subsidise deliveries. If using your own choice of courier to return your goods, please ensure you have adequate insurance.
We can only arrange collections Monday-Friday. And we're always a phone call away if you'd like to discuss your items or alternatives - we want you to love your new goodies!
Before we deliver, we will quality check everything to ensure your goodies leave us in perfect condition and our delivery drivers are really careful.
If you receive your item by overnight courier then please let us know within 7 days if you spot damage (and before installing electrical items).
If you receive your items by our two-man delivery team, they will ask you to sign a Proof of Delivery note. Before signing this note, please thoroughly check your goods and CONTACT US WHILST THE DELIVERY DRIVERS ARE WITH YOU. Any damaged items will be returned with the drivers and a replacement or refund issued. We cannot accept responsibility for any damage reported to us after you’ve signed the Proof of Delivery note.
All products come with a one year manufacturer's guarantee, which we will honour in the form of parts and labour.
